Fantastic Stay with Excellent Staff

The hotel's location near the center is excellent. The staff arranged water taxi transfers. Breakfast offered good choices. I found the room very clean with a comfortable bed. Staff also suggested very good local restaurants.
The room I stayed in felt somewhat small. It was hard to move around. The bathroom space was also limited, impacting convenience.

Really good Stay with Canal Views

The hotel enjoys a wonderful location. I found it easy to walk to all the main attractions. The staff were very polite and helpful. I liked the option to have a drink by the canal, (it was very relaxing) while watching the gondolas pass by. The breakfast offered tasty pastries, fresh fruit, and various hot options like scrambled eggs and sausages. The receptionist was always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
The bed mattress was quite firm. It made it a little difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Authentic stay in the heart of it all

I found the staff very helpful. marco texted train and boat schedules to assist my late arrival near the rialto canal. upon arrival, the door was open, and marco greeted me with a bottle of champagne. the hospitality was amazing. I felt very welcome after a long journey.

The air conditioning barely worked. It was swelteringly hot. opening the windows wasn't an option because of mosquitoes and allergies. while the staff did provide a fan after i complained, it only was good.

The reception area IS accessible by private taxi boat. A welcome drink was offered upon arrival. Staff arranged a small takeaway breakfast at 4 a.m. on my departure morning, a lovely gesture. Staff booked a private water taxi to the hotel.
The bedding felt a little old. It was hard to determine its cleanliness.
